Victor Chidiebere Igboanugo is a Nigerian business man, entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist. He is the founder of the Unity Worldwide Synergy Limited (UWSL), an organization that promotes entrepreneurship and business development across the globe. Born on July 10, 1982, in Anambra State, Nigeria, Victor Chidiebere Igboanugo attended at Lagos State University, where he studied Civil Engineering.

Victor started his career in the business, where he learned trade as an apprentice in Nigeria and after learning trade, he diligently overcome all hurdles in business to become CEO of Unity Worldwide Synergy Limited (UWSL) in 2003. Under his leadership, Unity Worldwide Synergy became a household name in Nigeria. The business has birthed many other businesses in Nigeria.
